Red Lion Auto Repair

I will never go back. Had an oil change a week ago and not only was a sensor disrupted and not recalibrated, causing a warning light a week later, but learned fluids were not topped off as promised and got a print out with a long list of needed repairs, $4000 worth, no explanation other than what was written, never spoke to mechanic, only person at service desk who was arrogant and disturbed when I asked questions. A week later, found a mechanic that properly diagnosed my car, spoke to me sensibly about spacing repairs that were not extreme and recalibrated the sensor that could have been disturbed during the oil change. Attached are photos of fluids not topped off. I prefer an experienced sensible honest mechanic speaking to me, not being handed a print out, work not done properly and poor communication.

I came to Red Alison Auto Repair in January 2025 for an oil change. July 6, 2026 I came back for service for my car. The Customer Service l receive from Cesar is Top Notch!! and Agustin is Awesome. The have my vehicle running perfectly! A customer asked me how their service is and l told her she wouldn’t be disappointed. I’m a FOREVER customer, l stay in Fort Lauderdale and l drive all the way to a Miami to get my vehicle repair, that speaks volume. And the workers are very knowledgeable and does a GREAT job!!

I had a great experience at this tire shop! They were able to order and install all four of my new tires the same day, which was incredibly convenient. Their prices were very competitive, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even had complimentary coffee available while I waited. The service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future.
